Hosting

This website runs on a dedicated server at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit the site, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser identifier in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Statistics with Umami

For anonymous visitor statistics I use Umami, self-hosted on the same server. Umami sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not build profiles of individual visitors. Only aggregated data is collected, such as pages visited, referrer, country, device type and browser. No data is shared with third parties (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and fonts

This site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from my own server, not from Google. Whether you picked the light or dark theme is only remembered by your browser (local storage) and never sent to the server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Just send me an email.
